Email communications. You may opt out of newsletters and marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions on a link at the bottom of each such email, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
Withdrawing Consent. If you gave us consent to use your personal information, but wish to update or delete it, please contact us at email@example.com.
Choosing not to share your personal information. Choosing not to share your personal information. - When you register for eSPACE we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card or bank draft information
- Cool Solutions uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
- A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
- Cookies are required to use the eSPACE service.
Cool Solutions uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run eSPACE. Although Cool Solutions owns the code, databases, and all rights to the eSPACE application, you retain all rights to your data.
Cool Solutions may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
Cool Solutions may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your eSPACE primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
