Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
- Researching and discovering new leads
- Provide outbound efforts to warm and cold leads
- Conducting introduction calls to qualify prospects for the company’s products and services
- Contact leads who have downloaded or utilized free resources, as assigned
- Managing and updating CRM daily
- Other administrative tasks related to sales or directed by the Director of Revenue
- Collaboration with the company team members, joining of daily and weekly meetings, etc
- Typical Working Hours: 9-5pm CST, M-F
Ramp-Up Period:
- For the first 90 days, the employee will be on a “ramp up” period. If goals are met, full time position and benefits will be offered.
- Employee will be lead through internal sales training
- Activity Goal is to:
- 100 LinkedIn Connections / week
- 150 New Contact calls / week
- 100 New Contact emails / week
- Contact leads within pipeline to progress to closed daily via various channels (call, email, social media etc)
- Performance Goal Is:
- 6-8 Qualified Demos Generated / week by end up 90 days
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluently speaks English
- Go-getter, driven and eager to learn while making money
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Passionate about church growth
- Experience with CRM tools
- Proficient communicator via email and phone
- Knowledgeable of LInkedIn
