Facility Stewardship Specialist

About Smart Church Solutions

At Smart Church Solutions, our mission is simple and deeply rooted in our faith: Honor God while equipping all churches to effectively steward their facilities.

We believe that every church/school building, campus, and resource has been entrusted by God to support ministry, discipleship, and community impact. Facilities are not merely physical assets to maintain—they are tools that enable the mission of the Church. When they are stewarded well, they remove friction from ministry and create environments where lives can be changed.

This conviction shapes how we serve churches and how we operate as a team. Our work is guided by four core values that define our culture and how we pursue excellence:

We Care for Others
We serve churches, customers, teammates, and partners with humility, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

We Are Agile
We adapt quickly, embrace innovation, and continuously improve how we serve the evolving needs of churches and ministries.

We Are Interconnected
We believe the best outcomes emerge through collaboration, shared knowledge, and strong relationships with our clients and one another.

We Get’r Done
We take ownership, move with urgency, and deliver practical solutions that help churches steward what God has entrusted to them.

These values shape how we lead, how we serve churches, and how we pursue our calling to advance the practice of Facility Stewardship across the Church.

As such, we equip churches, schools, and ministries with tools and strategies for intentional facility stewardship. Our flagship SaaS platform, eSPACE, provides industry-leading solutions for facility management, work orders, event scheduling, and IoT integrations—including HVAC, access control, sensor technologies, and more.

In addition to our technology platform, Smart Church Solutions provides Facility Stewardship Advisory Services—helping churches evaluate the health of their facilities, develop long-term stewardship strategies, and implement operational best practices.

Our advisory engagements combine facility condition assessments, stewardship coaching, and technology implementation, enabling organizations to move from reactive facility management to intentional stewardship.
